Returns/replacements will be considered if the product is found to be faulty after inspection. Due to the love, care & attention to detail that goes into each handmade piece we are confident that you will fall in love with the quality and brand. As LS is a small business, returns cannot be offered on change of mind, however, we will do our best to offer customer satisfaction. Please contact us with any inquiries or uncertainties before placing an order.
National postage - we use a range of services which includes Australia Post, Sendle & Amarex. Postage will be within 1-2 days of completion of product made.
